Legal & Compliance
Last Updated: April 30, 2026 | Effective Date: April 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Problee handles personal data collected through the hosted Problee interface, including the website and World App mini-application. It does not govern public blockchain data, third-party wallets, or independent applications that access the protocol through their own services.
To operate, secure, and improve the interface; authenticate sessions; prepare transactions for wallet approval; apply access controls; detect abuse; monitor performance; respond to inquiries; and comply with legal obligations.
Blockchain data is public by design. Wallet addresses, balances, trades, and payout-claim activity may be permanently visible on-chain. We cannot delete or alter on-chain records.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the interface, investigate incidents, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary by category. Blockchain data may be permanent. No system can be guaranteed secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Some requests may be limited by blockchain immutability or legal obligations.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate measures to protect transferred data.
The interface is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the legal participation age.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes may be posted through the interface.
