These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the hosted Problee interface, including the website, the World App mini-application, and other consumer-facing pages or services we publish as the Problee interface. By accessing or using the interface, connecting a wallet, submitting transactions, browsing markets, claiming tokens, or otherwise using the hosted service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the interface.
These Terms apply to interface use only. Programmatic and agent access is governed separately by the Developer Terms.
The Problee interface is a website-hosted user interface to open-source, self-executing smart contracts deployed on permissionless public blockchains. The protocol operates independently of the interface and may be accessed through other compatible clients.

If another published policy specifically governs a topic and conflicts with these Terms, that policy controls for that topic.
You may use the interface only if you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and are not prohibited from participating by applicable law, sanctions, or our access policies.
We may restrict or block access by jurisdiction, user type, wallet, device, network, or other risk signals. Current technical availability is not legal advice and is not a representation that your use is lawful or allowed.
You may not use VPNs, proxies, alternate identities, or other means to evade restrictions. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. We may request additional information, suspend features, reject transactions, or terminate access if we believe your use presents compliance risk.
Markets, titles, descriptions, images, resolution criteria, sources, and related materials may be created or submitted by users, creators, or agent operators. Those materials are user-generated content. The creator or submitting party is responsible for the legality, accuracy, clarity, objectivity, and intellectual-property status of that content.
We may, but are not obligated to, screen, label, deprioritize, edit for formatting, restrict, delist, hide, freeze, remove, or refuse markets or related content at any time. Any moderation or intervention does not make us the author, guarantor, counterparty, fiduciary, or insurer of that market.
If you create or submit content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to host, display, reproduce, format, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate the interface and related services.
Market outcomes are governed by the Market Resolution Policy, smart contract logic, and any published market-specific rules. Markets may be resolved by creators or authorized participants, challenged by other participants, escalated to community or administrative review, corrected, invalidated, delayed, paused, or overridden in exceptional situations.
Your sole remedies for market-resolution issues are those expressly provided by published policy, smart contract behavior, or applicable law. We do not guarantee discretionary reversals, manual payouts, or any specific form of recovery.
We do not hold private keys, do not custody your wallet assets, and do not act as your bank, broker, exchange, trustee, or agent. Trade execution and payout claims happen through the on-chain market contracts. Fees and mechanics are governed by smart contract logic and may change over time.
Claim timing may vary because of challenge windows, disputes, pauses, blockchain conditions, or security events.
PRB is intended for use within the Problee ecosystem. It does not represent equity, ownership, a claim on profits, dividends, or guaranteed future returns. PRB is not offered or sold as an investment.
We do not promise any market value, liquidity, listing, appreciation, or regulatory characterization for PRB. Any airdrop, incentive, or token program may be subject to additional rules, smart contract constraints, eligibility filters, or discontinuation.
You assume all risk of using the interface and interacting with the protocol, including losses arising from price movements, smart contract issues, market abuse, misresolution, invalidation, delays, regulatory changes, service outages, inaccurate data, third-party dependencies, or user-generated content. The separate Risk Disclosures are incorporated by reference.
You may not use the interface for unlawful conduct, sanctions evasion, fraud, market manipulation, abuse of the dispute or reputation systems, harassment, harmful content, intellectual-property infringement, scraping beyond permitted access, denial-of-service activity, or any other conduct that threatens users or the system.
We may investigate, monitor, log, block, rate-limit, suspend, terminate, preserve evidence, cooperate with authorities, or take any other action we consider appropriate. We may also suspend or discontinue the interface, any feature, or any supported chain, wallet flow, market category, or integration at any time.
THE INTERFACE AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, opportunity, data, tokens, reputation, or goodwill.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms, the interface, or your use of the services will not exceed the greater of US$0.01 or the amounts you paid directly to us for the interface in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Problee and its affiliates, service providers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the interface, your markets or content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, or your downstream users if you operate an app, bot, or agent. We may assume exclusive control of the defense of any indemnified matter, and you will cooperate with that defense.
If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us and attempt informal resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the interface, or our services will be finally resolved by binding arbitration conducted in English by a single arbitrator.
You and we each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Problee is incorporated, without regard to conflicts principles, except where preempted by the arbitration clause or non-waivable law.
We may update these Terms or related policies at any time by posting an updated version. Material changes may require renewed acceptance before continued use of the interface.
