    Resolution criteria

    The window opens on September 7, 2026. Resolve YES if, by October 31, 2026, an AfD member is formally installed as Minister-President of Saxony-Anhalt and an AfD-led state government is formally constituted. Resolve NO if this has not occurred by October 31, 2026. The event may be established by official state records or a consensus of independent credible reporting; election results, negotiations, coalition talks, or announced intentions alone do not qualify.
