How this market resolves

    Resolution criteria

The window opens on September 7, 2026. Resolve Yes if, by October 4, 2026 at 23:59 UTC, Luminis Health's core systems affected by the cyberattack have returned to normal operation, including materially affected patient-facing systems such as MyChart and CareConnectNow. The underlying restoration must be established by Luminis Health or a consensus of independent credible reporting; an announcement may be evidence, but a statement that recovery work is continuing does not qualify. Temporary isolated outages or manual workarounds do not qualify. Resolve No if the affected core systems have not returned to normal operation by the deadline or qualifying public evidence establishes that they have not. Source: Luminis Health (authoritative).
