    Resolution criteria

    The window opens on September 7, 2026. Resolve Yes if, by November 30, 2026, the leaders of Russia, the United States, and China hold a meeting together in their official leadership capacities. The meeting must actually occur; an announcement, proposal, or bilateral meetings do not qualify. Resolve based on official readouts or a consensus of independent credible reporting.
