    Resolution criteria

    The window opens on September 8, 2026. Resolve Yes if, by September 21, 2026 at 23:59 UTC, representatives of Russia, Ukraine, and the United States hold a new joint meeting concerning peace negotiations for the Russia-Ukraine war. The meeting must actually occur; an announcement, proposal, bilateral meeting, intermediary contact, or shuttle diplomacy does not qualify. Resolve No if no such meeting occurs by the deadline.
