The window opens on September 7, 2026. Resolve Yes if, during the period from September 7 through October 19, 2026, representatives of Russia, Ukraine, and the United States hold a new joint peace-talk meeting concerning the Russia-Ukraine war, with all three parties participating in the same meeting. An announcement, proposal, bilateral meeting, shuttle diplomacy, or separate meetings do not qualify. Resolve No if no such meeting occurs by October 19, 2026 at 23:59 UTC.
