Resolve Yes if, by October 5, 2026 at 23:59 UTC, Russian, Ukrainian, and United States representatives hold a new joint peace-talk meeting concerning the Russia-Ukraine war. The meeting must actually occur and include representatives of all three parties; an announcement, proposal, bilateral meeting, shuttle diplomacy, or meeting involving only two parties does not qualify.
