    Resolution criteria

    The window opens on September 7, 2026. Resolve Yes if, by September 30, 2026 at 23:59 UTC, Russia, Ukraine, and the United States publicly confirm a mutual agreement to resume trilateral peace talks concerning the Russia-Ukraine war. A joint statement, matching official statements, or a consensus of independent credible reporting may establish the agreement. A proposal, expression of willingness, unilateral statement, bilateral talks, or possible-meeting announcement does not qualify. Resolve No if this has not occurred by the deadline.
