How this market resolves

  • 1
    Resolution criteria

The window opens on September 7, 2026. Resolve Yes when The Toro Company releases its next quarterly results, expected on December 23, 2026, if reported EPS exceeds the prevailing analyst consensus estimate for the same EPS measure. Resolve No if reported EPS is equal to or below that consensus, or if no qualifying release occurs by December 23, 2026 at 23:59 UTC. Use the consensus published by established financial-data providers immediately before the release. If both GAAP and adjusted EPS are reported, use the measure matching the consensus. The earnings release and corroborating credible financial reporting may establish the result; an earnings-call statement or later restatement does not replace the released figure.
