    Resolution criteria

The window opens on September 6, 2026. Resolve Yes if, by September 30, 2026, the United States and South Korea have signed a composite bilateral deal covering investment and related economic issues, as established by an official document or a consensus of independent credible reporting. Private-company investments, negotiations, announcements, or later implementation do not substitute for the bilateral signing. Resolve No if no such signing has occurred by September 30, 2026.
