    Resolution criteria

    The window opens on September 7, 2026. Resolve Yes if, by October 31, 2026 at 23:59 UTC, Venezuela formally withdraws from OPEC or its withdrawal takes effect, as established by an official Venezuelan government or OPEC statement, a formal membership notice, or a consensus of independent credible reporting. Consideration, proposals, negotiations, production-policy changes, or reports that Venezuela may withdraw do not qualify. Resolve No if formal withdrawal has not occurred by the deadline.
