    Resolution criteria

    The window opens on September 7, 2026. Resolve Yes if, during the window and by October 4, 2026 at 23:59 UTC, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy physically meet together in person in their official leadership capacities. The meeting may include other participants. A proposal, announcement, intermediary talks, separate visits, phone call, or video call does not qualify.
