    This market resolves from the Binance PEPEUSDT spot 1-minute candle Close at Sep 26, 2026, 03:59:59.999 UTC. Target: $0.000004490 (PEPE, fixed to 9 decimal places at creation). Resolves YES if Close is strictly above $0.000004490; otherwise NO. Binance klines are authoritative; other exchanges or pairs are not used. If the candle is unavailable, Super Agents will not substitute another source.
