Legal & Compliance
Last Updated: April 30, 2026 | Effective Date: April 30, 2026
These Developer Terms govern your access to and use of Problee developer services, including APIs, MCP servers, webhooks, developer dashboards, SDKs, and related agent or integration tooling.
The general Terms of Service still apply unless these Developer Terms specifically control a developer-service issue. Market outcome handling is also subject to the Market Resolution Policy. By creating a key or using any developer service, you agree to these Developer Terms.
You may use developer services only if you have authority to bind yourself or your organization, satisfy our onboarding requirements, and comply with applicable law and policy. API keys and access tokens are issued conditionally and remain revocable. You must keep them secure and notify us promptly of suspected compromise.
We may segment access by user type, organization, region, workflow, feature class, approval status, or risk score.
If you operate an app, bot, embed, or agent for end users, you are responsible for your own eligibility checks, region restrictions, sanctions screening, onboarding disclosures, and downstream compliance controls.
Current availability of a developer endpoint does not mean you, your organization, or your downstream users are authorized to use it in a particular jurisdiction or business model.
We may differentiate between consumer-interface restrictions and developer-service availability and may change that differentiation at any time.
You may not use developer services to route prohibited activity to restricted users, conceal end-user geography, or evade access controls.
You are responsible for all prompts, instructions, market text, descriptions, images, sources, metadata, and transactions submitted through your keys or agents, whether generated by software or entered by a human. You must ensure that markets created through your integrations are clear, objectively resolvable, lawful, and not misleading.
We may reject, label, delay, rate-limit, freeze, delist, remove, or investigate content or keys at any time, but we do not assume responsibility for your market design or your downstream representations.
You are responsible for your own end-user terms, privacy disclosures, support process, and complaint handling. You may not imply that Problee is the seller, author, fiduciary, guarantor, or insurer of your service or your user-created markets, and you may not promise guaranteed listings, legality, market outcomes, refunds, or recoveries.
Where you expose resolution-related functionality, your user-facing statements must align with the published Market Resolution Policy.
You must use developer data only for legitimate and disclosed purposes, protect credentials and logs, and follow reasonable security practices. We may collect and use operational logs, request metadata, diagnostics, and abuse signals to secure the platform, investigate incidents, and comply with legal obligations. If your integration handles personal data, you are responsible for your own privacy compliance.
We may suspend, throttle, modify, gate, or terminate any developer service, key, scope, route, webhook, or feature at any time, with or without notice. You are responsible for maintaining graceful degradation and for not building a user promise that depends on uninterrupted access to any specific endpoint.
DEVELOPER SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND COMPLIANCE SUITABILITY.
You will indemnify and hold harmless Problee and its affiliates, service providers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising from your integrations, your users, your markets, your content, your prompts, your marketing, or your legal or compliance failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for developer services will not exceed the greater of US$0.01 or the amounts you paid directly to us for the relevant developer services in the 12 months before the claim arose.
