YOU MAY LOSE 100% OF THE VALUE YOU PUT AT RISK.
Prediction markets are speculative. Markets can be volatile, thinly traded, disputed, invalidated, delayed, or wrong. Technical failures, user mistakes, and legal changes can also cause losses. Do not participate with funds you cannot afford to lose.
Outcome tokens, creator stakes, liquidity, and PRB positions can become worthless. Prices can move rapidly and irreversibly.
You may be unable to enter or exit a position at the price you expect. Quotes may move between preview and execution. Slippage, front-running, latency, and partial fills may affect outcomes.
Gas fees, protocol fees, wallet-provider fees, or other execution costs may reduce or eliminate expected returns.
Markets may be drafted by users or agent operators. A market can be unclear, misleading, unlawful, duplicated, impossible to verify, or based on bad sources.
Market outcomes can be challenged, delayed, corrected, invalidated, or overridden. A result shown at one point in time may not remain final. Review the Market Resolution Policy.
If a market is handled incorrectly, your remedies may be limited to whatever the policy, smart contract logic, or applicable law expressly provides. There is no guarantee of discretionary refunds or manual reversals.
Bugs, exploits, economic design flaws, oracle failures, or chain-level incidents may lead to loss, delay, or inconsistent state.
If you approve the wrong transaction, expose keys, lose device access, or interact with malicious software, funds may be unrecoverable.
Interfaces, nodes, price feeds, identity services, or indexing layers may fail or become unavailable without notice.
Prediction markets may be treated as gambling, derivatives, gaming, financial products, or other regulated activity. Laws vary widely and can change quickly.
We may block or limit access based on sanctions, location, or other risk signals. Current access to an interface or endpoint does not mean your participation is lawful or permitted in restricted jurisdictions.
Regulators, exchanges, app stores, infrastructure providers, or other third parties may restrict access, investigate, or impose obligations that affect your ability to use the protocol or the interface.
Assets used through Problee are not bank deposits and are not protected by deposit insurance, investor compensation schemes, or similar consumer backstops. Problee is not acting as your fiduciary, broker, advisor, or insurer. No participant is guaranteed a market outcome, payout, or recovery.
Review market rules carefully. Verify sources yourself. Use conservative position sizes. Assume that mistakes, disputes, and delays can happen. If you do not understand these risks, do not participate.
